We have a similar selection process to traditional recruitment firms, which results in an individual tailored match.
Based on a client’s requirement, we produce a carefully researched shortlist within 3-5 days: evaluating technical capability, previous work experience, language and communication skills, as well as time zone preference.
We arrange phone interviews and, if requested, conduct technical tests online. We can also provide tools and coaching to clients that have not worked remotely before.
